The Challenge is a competition of innovative entrepreneurial ideas by the university’s students to encourage innovative thinking for digital transformation of Nigeria’s diverse economic sectors. Out of an estimated pool of over 3000 students, an expected shortlist of 20 entries would be made, and 5 of the best ideas along the line of winner, first, second, third and fourth runner- up will emerge. The challenge will also feature participants from 5 selected secondary schools in the FCT.

Keynote speakers will include industry experts who will deliver impactful entrepreneurship exposure to the GEW participants. Winners from the Challenge will further participate in a two-day intensive entrepreneurship workshop at the Innovo & Crescentia Hub and receive soft grants from programme sponsors to support their winning innovative ideas.
